Please welcome every artist, and I hope all of you enjoy every single performance. There are various cultures throughout the globe and every country has its own way of communication. In spite of such differences, we can find certain commonality in the world of ‘dance’. Dance has allowed us to meet people from different cultures around the world. Already 10 years has passed since this international festival started. However, we never forget what we are supposed to do for the development of dance. Next year, having more government funding, this festival will be more vibrant and more delightful. I wish every one of you can join us and have a great time with great performances.
